Flying cars are real. One just completed a 35-minute test flight.

The flying car, called AirCar, is capable of racing at a speed of 170 kmph and can perform several manoeuvres mid-air. The flying car is capable of flying a distance of 1,000 km at an altitude of 8,200 ft. Flying cars have remained a fantasy for many for decades. A car that is equally capable of running on roads and flying in the sky, sounds interesting but technically challenging. However, in the last couple of years, several companies tried their hands on this technology and came up with innovative prototypes.
